Download the IgnisTrack:Door app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account with your email address, and you'll receive a 14-day free trial. You can start surveying fire doors immediately - the app works offline so you can use it anywhere.

Yes! IgnisTrack is designed to work fully offline. All your survey data is stored locally on your device and automatically syncs when you have an internet connection. You'll never lose work due to poor signal on site.

Your company administrator will provide you with an 8-character invite code. In the app, go to Profile > Join Company and enter the code. Your personal data can either be migrated to the company account or kept separate.

After completing a survey, tap the "Generate Report" button on the door detail screen. The report is generated on our servers and can be downloaded as a PDF. Reports include all inspection data, measurements, photos, and compliance status.

After the 14-day trial, your account enters view-only mode. You can still access all your existing data, but cannot create new surveys. Subscribe to any plan from the web dashboard to continue using all features.

Yes. Go to Profile > Delete Account in the app. Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Survey data is anonymised but retained for 7 years to comply with UK fire safety regulations. For GDPR data requests, email support@ignistrack.com.

Each door gets a unique QR code that links to its inspection history. Generate QR codes from the door detail screen. When scanned (even by building occupants), the code shows the door's compliance status. QR codes work offline once generated.
